What is cancellation policy and where is it on the website?
If you book a room on our website, the booking cannot be canceled or amended. Payment is taken at the time of booking and can not be changed. You will have to accept the terms and conditions in order to confirm your Online booking, so please make sure you read these before accepting.

All stayOrange.com Hotel rooms comes with a 17” LCD TV. DVD player units in each room charged at a minimal fee based on usage required. Amenities like towel, soap, shampoo, coffee or tea making facilities and etc. are not provided in the rooms. However, all the above amenities can be purchased or rent at the Front Desk.

What are the brand and size of the bed?
All stayOrange.com Hotel come with premium quality by Dreamland. Single bed (106cm x 190cm), Queen size bed (152cm x 190cm), and for double decker bed (2 deck x 92cm x 190cm)

Are bed linens provided?
Yes, all the beds come with finest cotton Duvet, Flexi Bed sheet, and finest cotton pillowcases.

Can we get extra beds in the room?
No, the Hotel does not provide extra beds.

What about vehicle parking?
The Hotel does not have its own parking but you can find more parking bay nearby the Hotel.

Is there room cleaning service in the Hotel?
Yes, room cleaning takes place between 1100 hours and 1400 hours on a daily basis. Otherwise there is a minimum charge for housekeeping services after the above mentioned hour.

Is there a wardrobe in the room?
Wardrobe is not available in the room but the clothing hooks are provided.
